1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KILLPRI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What KILLPRI Is

KILLPRI is a personal productivity and task-prioritization app built around a military-themed rank progression system. It is a personal organization tool only. It does not provide tactical, military, or strategic advice of any kind. All rank names and insignia are used for gamification purposes and are not affiliated with any military branch or government organization.

3. Your Data

All missions, tasks, and progress data you create in KILLPRI belong to you. We store your data securely to provide the Service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions.

5. Purchases & Payments

KILLPRI offers a monthly subscription for full access. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. On web and Android, payment is processed by Stripe and your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — iOS subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings, web and Android subscriptions in-app. To restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Previous Purchase" option in the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KILLPRI for lawful personal productivity purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure. KILLPRI includes social and competitive features — fireteams, rivalries, and the leaderboard. You agree not to use these features to harass, threaten, or target any operator, and not to submit abusive callsigns, mottos, or mission content. We may revoke access to social features or the Service for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

KILLPRI and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
